1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using InboxDoc, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of service

InboxDoc provides AI-powered invoice processing from email. We connect to your Gmail account (with your explicit permission), detect PDF invoices, extract structured data, and present it in a dashboard for review and export.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use InboxDoc.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use InboxDoc to:

  • Process invoices belonging to others without their consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the service for fraudulent purposes

5. Subscription and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • Prices are in EUR and may change with 30 days notice.

6. Invoice limits

Each plan includes a monthly invoice processing limit. If you exceed your limit, processing will pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

InboxDoc uses AI to extract invoice data. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% correct extraction for all invoice formats. You should always verify critical financial data before acting on it.

8. Limitation of liability

InboxDoc is not liable for any financial losses resulting from incorrect invoice data extraction, missed invoices, or service downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria / EU. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
